I have always loved mixed media art, and art that I can touch. I have played with different mediums, even making flowers from modelling plastic, until I found the perfect foam air-dry clay that I work with at the moment.
I have a bit of an obsession with listening to people who have had near-death experiences. Many of them have experienced visiting Heaven, and they often describe the flowers there as being full of colours that don’t exist on Earth. These flowers are more alive than earthly flowers; they sing praises to God all day long.
This is the inspiration behind my floral art, and I use mica powders to make the flowers shimmer and glow.
